Privacy Policy

Receipt Creator works entirely on your phone. It has no account, no server, no ads and no analytics, and it does not have permission to use the internet. This policy covers the Android app published on Google Play as com.tothemoon.receipt_creator.

What the app stores, and where

Everything below is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded, and we — the developer — never receive it.

• Your letterhead: business name, tagline, address, phone number, footer message, signature label, colour, and the logo image you choose.
• Receipts you save: receipt number, date, customer name (if you enter one), items and prices, discount, VAT, note, currency and language.
• Preferences: app language, currency and paper size.

Your logo

When you choose a logo, Android's photo picker gives the app only the one image you pick. The app shrinks it to at most 512 pixels and keeps that copy. It cannot see the rest of your photos and does not use the camera.

Files you create and share

PDFs, printouts and backup files are made only when you tap Export, Print or Back up. You choose where they go through Android's share or print screen (for example Telegram, Drive or a printer). After that, the app or service you chose handles the file under its own privacy policy. A backup file contains all your saved receipts and your letterhead in readable form, so keep it somewhere private. Restore only reads the file you pick.

What the app does not collect

The app collects and shares no personal data. There is no location, no contacts, no device or advertising identifiers, no crash reports and no usage tracking. No third party receives data from the app. Google Play, which distributes the app, handles installs and updates under Google's privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays on the device until you delete receipts in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall it. Uninstalling removes everything except files you exported yourself. Because nothing is sent to us, we cannot recover lost data — use Back up to keep a copy.

Children

Receipt Creator is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
